Cepeda Baseball and Napa Babe Ruth League are proud to provide you with a series of two Fall Ball Hitting Clinics! Parents, your 13 to 15 year old can spend an action packed day enjoying and learning the sport that they love.

It is our mission to effectively help young people of all ages with the skills that will guide them toward success not only on the field, but also throughout life. We also value teaching the importance of individual responsibility and teamwork.

These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.

We will target these areas in both of our hitting clinics:

- On Deck Preparation
- Strong Balance point
- Understand the strike zone
- Proper Weight Distribution
- Understanding of Hand Eye Coordination
- Confidence
- Opposite field Hitting
- Importance of Lower half "LEGS"
- Understanding your strengths as a hitter
- Must have control of your bat
- and all other very important aspects of hitting..............
